Do you have a child that is ready for Preschool (3’s) or VPK Pre-K (4’s) and are looking for a traditional learning environment for them? Then you’ve come to the right place!
As a parent, it's sometimes hard to believe how quickly your little one is growing up. They are your baby, and you’re scared to let them go. Transitioning your child (and yourself) into the school phase can be tough. We are here to make the transition easy for you by providing you with the knowledge, sense of security, and empathy that is often needed.

Join us for our Annual Open House Showcase on Thursday, January 19, from 6:30-7:30 PM. Our campus and classrooms will be available to tour, and all staff will be on-hand to answer your questions. Please bring your child along for the experience! This will kick off our open enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year.

What We Offer
​
At First United Methodist Church Preschool in St. Cloud, we pride ourselves on being a traditional Preschool and NOT a daycare. Our classes are from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, August - May.
Our 3's class meets three days per week; Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (children need to be fully potty-trained).
Our VPK Pre-K classes meet Monday through Thursday.
We provide a safe and secure environment where your child will be loved as the unique individual that God created them to be. Our class sizes are small, and there is a teacher and teacher assistant in each classroom. When your child feels welcomed as part of the family and secure in their space, optimal learning takes place. Our staff are all highly trained with a Child Development Associate or Masters in Education. They are also CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogen, and Active Shooter trained. We offer weekly Chapel and Group Music activities once a month.
If you are looking to enroll a VPK Pre-K student, you will need to apply for your Certificate of Eligibility. Head to our "Parents" section and click on the big red "Apply for VPK!" It will assist you with the process!
